We called for a leaking water heater right after 8 on a Friday morning. Within just a few hours they had a new one installed, and as we had purchased from them, they knew it was still under warranty. We have used BPI for a furnace, central air, pressure tank and water heaters and they have always been friendly, quick and very reliable. They do great work!
When the weather forecasters said it was going to get real cold, I checked out my sister's furnace. The pilot was leaking at the bottom. I then called BPI. I believe it was Eric that came and fixed it right up. Thankfully it has worked perfectly ever since. Before that, I had called BPI for a drain problem. Jason called, he set up a time to come. He was on time and again, he fixed it pretty quickly. BPI is my go to for any and all plumbing and heating problems. Thanks guys.
Amazing service every time! I’ve called them for several different reasons from heating & cooling to plumbing issues. Most recently, I had a few plumbing concerns and the plumber that came out addressed each one and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He made the repairs efficiently & the work was done very clean. Will continue to call BPI every single time.
