We purchased our furnace and AC unit from here. They came in with the best bids and we have had no issues! Our furnace went out in Feb when it was neg -40 outside, they were there the next day (we called super late the night before) and had the new furnace installed immediately! The AC unit took a little longer but we didn’t mind bc we had it installed in march which we didn’t need AC at that time!
We called for a leaking water heater right after 8 on a Friday morning. Within just a few hours they had a new one installed, and as we had purchased from them, they knew it was still under warranty. We have used BPI for a furnace, central air, pressure tank and water heaters and they have always been friendly, quick and very reliable. They do great work!
When the weather forecasters said it was going to get real cold, I checked out my sister's furnace. The pilot was leaking at the bottom. I then called BPI. I believe it was Eric that came and fixed it right up. Thankfully it has worked perfectly ever since. Before that, I had called BPI for a drain problem. Jason called, he set up a time to come. He was on time and again, he fixed it pretty quickly. BPI is my go to for any and all plumbing and heating problems. Thanks guys.
