Had a culvert removed from our yard. TLC came and took out excess stone from the culvert and put down dirt and grass seed. Due to no rain and I was unable to water the seed no grass grew. in TLC came back this spring put down more dirt and grass seed at no cost to me. I didn't feel it was TLC fault for no grass to grow only no rain created the problem.
Dave Trotter took my frantic call last Friday and his team was out the next day. My previous mowing company was a no show for three weeks. That said, my yard was six inches tall in many places. James did a wonderful job, restoring my lawn. I will continue to use TLC going forward. Dave and his team, do what they say. Their prices are very fair. I highly recommend them.
I have been using TLC on and off for over 25 years. Patio, pavers, retaining walls, turf, and my latest project improved drainage. As I get older I will be interested in looking at their on line complete yard maintenance services.
