Very important to do your yearly check-up to be sure your unit will be running smoothly. I highly recommend the service agreement for 2 yearly visits, Summer and Fall. Great service and friendly interactions w/staff. Appreciate people that know their stuff!

After receiving news of a cracked heat exchanger, I contacted a few companies for estimates to replace our 16 yr old system. One quote was the highest for equipment I've never heard of. The second was in the middle for almost the same equipment I had. RL Lyons was a touch lower for much better name, higher level, and efficient equipment. The installers were very efficient, friendly, and professional, (they went that extra mile). Quite pleased with their service and look forward, if they're needed in the future.
