We are very happy with our new patio! We did a raised section with wide steps down to a curved patio on ground level. It is beautiful. The HWC crew were all very thorough and easy to work with. They were patient with my many questions and helped lay it out so the curve that I wanted turned out just right. We had a lot of odd things to work around (water spigot, dryer vent, downspout, existing concrete to connect to, etc), but they offered suggestions and creative solutions to make it turn out beautiful and functional. Now all we need to do is fill in some dirt around it, clean things up and add landscaping!
Great service techs, They Explained what the problems are with the venting/lint accumulation we had. They cleaned everything thoroughly. Guys arrived right on time, had business cards, they introduced themselves and were very professional. Due to an improper roof vent, tech harry explained fully, what I would need to have done and that it falls outside their services.
Really happy with the service and plan on having them back every year.
