Matt visited primarily to educate us about our somewhat complicated heating system and did an excellent job explaining how everything works, with a couple of very good recommendations for energy efficiency. We continue to be very impressed with the Mattex technicians who have visited.
Jacob deserves 10 stars as he is absolutely the best ever tech! He confirmed that the control board was bad, installed a new one in the most professional manner along with checking the complete system several times. This solves the intermittent problem since January 3rd as this is the first time he had the opportunity to check furnace when it was malfunctioning
He is one of the most beneficial assets that Mattex has on staff - the quality I have known to expect from Mattex!
Friendly, professional, and so helpful. Did a great job putting in updated pipes and new hot water tank. Even finished putting the toilet back together with the new seal on the project I hadn't finished. Cleaned up and Mattex responded to the initial call with a technician the same day.
