The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I had an emergency visit snd was able to get an appointment quickly. I met Dr Chug for the first time today and he was great! After the exam he provided me with two options, explained them thoroughly to me and then staff would handle all the arrangements for other appointments. Sara is very helpful with all aspects with insurance, cost and contacting another office for me. Jennifer was my tech who took rays. She was gentle and caring. Very pleasant visit, again

I love this office. Our whole family goes there, they treat kids with a lot of patience and empathy. Work done so far has been great, and the dentists take all our needs in consideration. We have seen many offices over the years and I have to say this one is our favorite- we feel lucky to have them close to our home.

I would give Valley View Dental a hundred stars if I could! I have very severe dental anxiety and the entire staff was so kind and understanding. I came in to have fillings done and had a panic attack sitting in the chair and was treated with such empathy. They didn't force me to continue treatment, told me to come back when I felt ready, and prescribed me medication for the next time. The second time around they were just as patient and understanding, and I appreciate how every step of the process was explained to me as it happened.
