“I cannot even begin to tell anyone how blessed I am to have found Dr Sterchi. When I started with his Team I was in pain from head to toe, had barely any feeling in my left leg, my back would spasm, walking was a chore...I was a mess. Dr. Sterchi sat me down and told me he would do as much as he could and his best , but I was probably looking at surgery or at best pain management. There were no surprises or false promises. I followed his plan and instructions. (and let me tell you, some days it was rough!) I began to feel better, walk better, sleep better and my life has been given back to me!! I had broken my L-1 femure and also had problems with my left arm where I couldn't raise it very high and Dr Mira gave me exercises to do to help strengthen both the back and arm. “I just completed my physical therapy for a knee replacement surgery. I went 3 times a week for 7 weeks. I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I know that without the therapy I wouldn't be able to get around . Both therapists I saw worked very hard to get me walking independently without pain. Every time I went I could tell I was making progress. Now I can walk at least a mile and go up and down stairs easily.
