14730 Naperville Rd, Plainfield“They did exactly as advertised. They programmed the key for my 2022 Accord LX (with the remote start function key). Then cut my key to fit in the lock. He (I think Scott) warned me before hand that he had a GM owner who did not produce the same result (typical American hunk of junk) I wanted, but I was willing to risk it after my reasearch. My 18-22 accord now has remote start and all it cost was $60 for a key and $120 to get it programmed and cut over the several thousand dollar option of moving up trim levels. They are good; worth your business as long as you are not unreasonable and expect them to be “miracle workers”.“

105 Theodore Dr H, Oswego“My son just moved into a townhouse in Oswego. I relied on my fellow reviewers to recommend going to Citadel. They were on time and charged $214.50 to change 1 doors. There was a problem with the old lock not lining up properly, and it was tough to close the door. He got 4 keys. This company is solid and experienced. I this the price was fair and would recommend them.“

77 Richmond Hill Road, Staten Island“This is my preferred locksmith business since the professionals there are consistently on time and provide quality service for a fair fee. They never show up late, tidy up after themselves, or leave any mess for me or anybody else working with them. Additionally, they are excellent at providing customer service, so if there is ever a problem, they will take care of it right away without making me feel uncomfortable or attempting to avoid paying for something that should be covered by insurance .“
“I can’t give a complete review need to check if keys will work. As for the process at kiosk it was a 5“
