My son just moved into a townhouse in Oswego. I relied on my fellow reviewers to recommend going to Citadel. They were on time and charged $214.50 to change 1 doors. There was a problem with the old lock not lining up properly, and it was tough to close the door. He got 4 keys. This company is solid and experienced. I this the price was fair and would recommend them.

I went in so distressed, having lost the key to my safe. David and everyone else were so friendly and Mike solved my problem in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Citadel Lock!
