Wow, just wow is all I can say. Watch out for Caitlin, she will tell you lies, and then when you confront her, she states that she is not going to argue with you. Of course you won't argue, there is nothing to argue. They will just gas light you. They run their operation according to Medicare guidelines, regardless of what your insurance will allow. They flat out refused my husband equipment to help him after total knee replacement surgery, that our insurance company had already approved, because of their policy. This place is quite literally a scam.I received my equipment from them in June of 2023 which my insurance paid for (just confirmed this on the phone). I have now received an invoice for the cost of my equipment, stating that I have to pay for it in 2 weeks. They're trying to charge me for the equipment that they've already received payment for from my insurance company. Double charging in order to make some money!On top of that, their prices are so high that it's cheaper to buy my equipment on Amazon than it is to pay the copay. There is no reason to work with this location. They're either trying to rip people off, are incompetent, or both.
