DeAndre Hodges was the tec they sent out he was very helpful and polite.my husband just passed away and I asked him about a lot of stuff on the furnace that I didn't know about and he had no problem answering all my questions. Would highly recommend O'Dell to all my freinds.
Furnace quit working today at my brother's house, I stopped by their shop and it wasn't going to be able to get looked at until Monday. Josh said he'd come take a look. He had it diagnosed in minutes and found the odd size blower motor soon after elsewhere. Had it installed soon after getting it. He went out of his way to help me out. I greatly appreciate it and Highly recommend them! Thanks again!
Very Honest and trustworthy. I met with Jon..extremely compassionate and giving due to my situation. All the guys were so nice. They even brought me a self contained AC to use until my AC unit was installed. Extremely compassionate and giving due to my situation.
