Javy and the entire team were professional all the way from beginning to end. They dealt directly with the insurance company to get everything documented, submitted, and addressed properly. It took time, effort, and patience on their part. My roof, gutters, and siding were covered. I have a small house. Their team came out and performed each job (separately) in one day. Meaning there was no potential for rain or inclement weather to complicate or delay the job. Every year, I have Terminix inspect my home for any potential bug or rodent openings.
