Doctor Narayan is honestly the best physicist I’ve ever been too. He listen's to me and talks about the medication I’m on and how everything will work together to help me. His receptionist’s are amazing , very sweet and kind. Explaining how insurance works , making us all feel comfortable , while their phones are going off constantly... I always feel like I’m in good hands. The groups are very informative , always keeping us up to date about what’s happening in new medicine. I was very impressed with the professionalism the staff and Doctor displayed. They actually answered their phone and responded to my call and questions like a professional office should. I was scheduled with an appointment within a couple days, not several weeks out. It reminded me of Mayo Clinic. Their first goal was to help me; not to bill the insurance or make it easy on their office. I highly recommend Dr. Narayana.
Throughout my adult life i have seen many different doctors. Dr. Narayana was the only one that listened and if he prescribed a new medication he would always tell me to call with any concerns. And if i need an immediate apt all i have to do is call and i either talk to him immediately or within 15 minutes. He is very abrupt and to the point. But he always listens to me. He has been a lifesaver. Been on several medications that didnt work. Only had to try two with him and my medications have been perfect and are extremely effective.
