Charges $40 for a CHILD haircut and it was only the bottom half as the top is braided! Won't be returning

I set in there for almost two and a half hour, and never got a cut, after I ask how many ppl were ahead, however they will never get my service again, that's crazy, so pissed, 2 and a half hours +, so disrespectful
