I had a very good experience with Mike M. From the first visit to the store he showed us some options then let us browse around. I hate when sales people hover over you. Mike did not do that. Answered all our questions and let us take some samples home. I also liked the fact that Mike wasn’t calling every day asking if I picked a floor. The whole sales experience was no pressure. Mike supplied an installer, Kendall. He did a great job on the install and there are no areas that don’t look original. Super clean, professional looking install. We are over the moon with how easy it was choosing the flooring for our new home. Tony O'CONNELL was THE best! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the various flooring and our particular needs. He just understood. Mom had to give him a big hug for all his help!?
