After getting multiple quotes from larger companies - which used high pressure “buy now, pay less” tactics- it was refreshing to work with Marcus. He’s genuinely a good guy who lays out every option with no strings attached and offers fair, honest pricing.
Beyond being great to work with, I chose Best Improvement for my siding project because they’re local and and use their own experienced crew. It was a huge relief knowing the work wouldn’t be subcontracted out to companies focused more on profit than quality.
