Temperature Pro has top quality Technicians and Service. We received a free end of year checkup on our furnace and they sent Jeremy to complete it. He checked everything and showed us how to regulate our humidity (which had been too low for us). He also made suggestions for a new thermostat that includes a humidity monitoring option which we are considering. Great service!
There was big misunderstanding the first they came around. But after speaking with the owner he made it a mission to figure out what I really needed. He send out a tech with many years of experience and was able to help me with my issue. Afterwards the owner called me again to ensure I was satisfied with everything. I give the owner big props in helping me out even though Im sure he’s a very busy guy.
I had a big problem. I called and spoke to some very helpful that got me scheduled right away.
Jeremy was my tech and he was outstanding! Very fast but didn't rush any decisions from me. He to the time to walk me through what failed and why as well as spent time making sure everything was cleaned up after. I love these guys!
