Being a chronic migraine sufferer for the last 10 years, I was looking for something more holistic to help so I wouldn’t have to rely so heavily on medication. I wish I would have started with Rachel years ago! She is so kind, compassionate, and truly wants to help you. Acupuncture has really helped lessen the amount of migraine attacks I’ve been having and when one sneaks up on me, Rachel is always quick to want to help and squeeze me into her busy schedule to help get rid of my pain. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I've been going to R&R and seeing Rachel for a year now. I have received acupuncture many times in past years but no other place has ever made me feel more welcomed and cared for than R&R. Rachel takes the time to understand why you are seeking acupuncture and always gives the best treatments. Rachel is super knowledgeable about acupuncture and I feel I'm in good hands when I go for a session. If you're looking for an acupuncturist... literally look no further! R&R is great!!
