I gave them 5 stars because they were very professional and knowledgeable, and when I had an issue they wereJohnny on the spot, I wished they were open 24hrs and it will be a 5 star company.
Who on this earth would call a company called Happy Hippo if you had a heating or a/c problem! Well I'm here to tell you they are great problem solvers! Call them! As a retired contractor I know how important trouble shooting is. Well Jake communicated well, thought he had solved the problem, then the a/c unit worked intermittently. Jake stayed with it, and with his boss figured out how the installer wired the unit wrong where the unit gave heat but not enough voltage to run condenser. This is our first season at our location and our units are new, so it was a pleasure to have a company like Happy Hippo service them. The guys at Happy Hippo did an amazing job replacing my upstairs HVAC unit. I've called on them several times prior to this and they have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
