Studio Undone is an amazing and easy to work with hair studio. The stylist is incredibly talented and fully dedicated to clients. She takes care of all hair needs, from trims and extensions to wedding day styles. She really listens and can take inspiration photos and bring them to life, earning raves from entire bridal parties. Clients can always trust her for one of the most important days of their life. She is highly recommended.
It was my first time going here - but absolutely not my last! Jesse was absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the appointment went wonderful. Jesse really took the time to ask what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable. Absolutely trust her with my hair anytime!
Jesse creates a warm and cozy environment for her clients, but can sometimes seem a little clique-ish with gossip and complaining about other clients while you’re waiting…she often runs 15-20 minutes late on appointments, and can overbook on occasion, which can extend your time there. Has limited hours and it’s very difficult to get appointments if you don’t book them out far in advance.
Seems to prefer younger clients that want services like hair extensions and expensive color services vs. clients that need some every day maintenance cuts and touch ups. I was really trying not to feel this, but I couldn’t help but feel a sense of ageism because she often...read full review
Jesse has taken care of all of my hair needs for several years and for my wedding there was no one else that I would have had by my side. Jesse is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. My entire Bridal Party raved about her ability to take their inspiration photos and bring them to life. Whether it is a trim, extensions, or hair on one of the MOST important days of your life, Jesse Smith is the one for you!
