Excellent customer service!! I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve had a wash machine and a refrigerator failure in the last two months. I’ve called Jager for both. Each time their service was professional and all questions and concerns were addressed. No sales pressure, just good old honesty. Hard to find that these days.
Excellent company. Been using since 1997 or so. I’ve moved a few times and always used them. Bill is a really nice man. I cannot say enough about him. He’s a kind and patient person - personality traits you absolutely need when you are working with people like me that don’t understand the complexities of water softeners! Molly in the office is great also:)
Quality, professional appliance repair service. Eric was reasonable and efficient. I really appreciate good service! I will always use in the future and will recommend them to everyone. Repaired our Jenn-Aire Dishwasher.
