Brittany was so helpful! She came to our house to measure and was constantly in communication with us. We had our floors installed upstairs in one day and a new stair runner in half a day. Great service!
First time customer of Creative Carpets and will be a repeat. Was lucky to meet Fernando who helped in a refresh of our staircase - replacing old fully carpeted stairs with a modern runner. To say we were indecisive was an understatement. He was patient and thoughtful with his recommendations. Came out to the house for measurements and made additional trips to bring more samples. His communication was amazing- quick responses and thorough. He made the process so smooth. This required 2 different Installation dates and they both occurred on the days and times they committed to. This is rare these days. Absolutely recommend Creative and be sure to ask for Fernando.
