“I have been going to Integrated Physical Medincine of Joliet for 5 months now for neck pain and stiffness. I have a very physical demanding job. In March, I was having neck pain, a lot of headaches, and a very stiff neck. It was difficult to drive and turn my head. With therapy, exercises and healing mechanisms used by IPM; I feel so much better! I can turn my head much better. My neck is rarely ever stiff. My headaches have become very minimal. My neck and shoulder areas have gotten stronger and I am able to get through my days without reaching for that headache medicine or needing a massage once a week! The staff is very supportive, always pushing me to get better! If you are nervous about chiropractors, don't be. They ease you into it and I gave them a chance!“

“Buying a gift card is wayyyy too complicated. Why do I have to make an account with a 3rd party? Why doesn't the gift card link bring you to where you actually buy the gift card? It brings you to the everyday services to book an actual appointment... I absolutely would've moved on if my mom didn't prefer this place specifically.Just website issues. Can't speak to the service, but my mom does love it.“

“Dr. Ryan was running a $29 promo on Facebook. So my husband and I signed up for it. Our appointments were hours apart but the receptionist called that morning and said we both can come in at my husband’s time! Perfect! We get there. They are busy and we have plenty of time to fill out new patient paperwork and then we are taken into a room to wait until Dr is finished up with his morning patients. I could see and hear what he was doing and the patient had questions and Ryan would stop and take the time to explain to them the process of what he is doing and why. He also seems very close with his patients because they would talk about family life and etc! You usually don’t get that anymore. Dr. Ryan and my husband hit it off immediately and they pretty much talked the entire time. We were there for 3 hours total. But we both had X-rays done and adjustments. I highly recommend Optimal Health and Wellness in Shorewood, IL. Thank you Dr. Ryan and Staff!“

“Giving 4 stars because the massage was really really good. The lady that did mine really worked my back and took out the knots and kinks. However, she took phone calls in the middle of my service which I did not appreciate. Then at the end, she told me that she will stay a little longer because she took calls. That “little longer” was 2 extra minutes only. Like what?? Then when I was leaving, she asked me for a tip. Who asks for a tip that is voluntary? I didnt like that she asked, but I tipped anyway because she did a good job. Hopefully they consider our reviews and make changes to their customer service which could put a damper on their business in the future.“
