She listens prior to the massage to see what trouble spots you are having. You never get the same massage twice. She is amazing!!! I go monthly to her and am never disappointed!!

I’ve been seeing Keisha for over a year and she is one of the best. She is a great listener, communicator, and extremely talented and skilled. She also hold me accountable with my water intake and my stretching. I have no plans of going anywhere else based on the effectiveness of my monthly appointments.

Am I a little sore after my massage? Yes. Maybe even a little bruised? Yes. Was it the most productive, pain alleviating massage I've ever gotten? Most definitely yes. Keisha was extremely thorough, aimed to tailor the experience to what you were looking for, and very good about explaining what she was going to do. She solicited feedback, set expectations and is an extremely strong and talented masseuse. I have already booked an additional five sessions with her and cannot wait to see how I feel over the next few weeks.
