Comfort First was fabulous; easy to make appointments online after hours (Saturday evening. We didn’t need emergency visit), they called back next day (Sunday morning) to discuss exactly what services I needed and confirmed my appointment (for Monday morning). They txt me name and a photo of my technician so I knew who to expect. My technician, Cory, called the morning of appointment to tell me when to expect him and he was on time. Very friendly, and professional. He explained everything, including pricing (reasonable) so no surprises. He took pictures of what he worked on and showed me. He had my furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend and will be using Comfort First again in the future.

We had concerns about our overall furnace system. From having a friendly conversation with the customer representative who arranged our appointment (C/Kathy, I believe, was her name) to meeting our technician, Pat E., who was equally friendly and very thorough in his work, I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Comfort First for your heating, cooling, and repair needs!!

Comfort First is a great company to work with. They are always quick to get out and the technicians are great. We appreciate that they aren’t pushy and looking for the most expensive fix and they break everything down for you once they diagnose what the problem is. Today we had Cory out to our house and we were extremely happy with his work and we will continue to recommend Comfort First to others.
