I have used these guys for years! They are absolutely amazing. I noticed our furnace stopped working and so I called a little bit ago. Alex helped me get it back up and running! Thank goodness in these sub-zero temperatures. Love love love these guys!

Exceptional service and very convenient! They are available and responded to my furnace quiting within the hour and on a weekend! Everything was checked such as thermostat to make sure not a mistake on my part; Fixed what needed to be repaired without driving up the cost! The only problem is my furnace went out again early in the morning on a cold Sunday so Im hoping it can be fixed; Provides recommendations to avoid costly future repairs! Very highly recommend!!!

Alex came out on a Sunday and had the ac running in no time. Reasonable fee for a Sunday, no sales pitches. Fast, reliable, professional service. Will be calling DOW for all HVAC needs in the future. Very thankful!
