One of their guys came by on the weekend and gave us a great assessment of the situation but let us know we could make it to Monday when it would be a bit cheaper to get the problem solved and set us up to have someone come by then, another guy came Monday and fixed us right up! :) Very quick and easy and gave some great info on how to prevent problems in the future, will be using their services again if need be! Couldn't recommend more!

We’ve used B&B for multiple homes now, and every time the service has been top-notch. They recently cleaned and descaled a line for us, taking the time to explain the issues and all of our options clearly.
