My experience was not with Rod since I did not contact this company for an inspection (although I did meet him and he seemed very professional and knowledgeable); my experience was with his employee whose job was to paint my garage. Leaving aside the fact that the work that he actually did do was subpar, he went MIA for 2 months with no communication while leaving 3/4 of the job undone. When I contacted him the first time to ask when he was coming back to finish it, he said he didn't know because he was busy with other things; when I contacted him the second time a few weeks later for the same reason, he pretty much resigned and suggested I hire someone else to finish...read full review

So many things were missed that are now costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket 3 months after I purchased the home.The roof was said to be in satisfactory condition and the whole thing is rotted and needs to be replaced. Gutters were not up to code, among other things. But they caught the gfci outlets and that the backdoor needed a screen!
