It was great working with Royal American HVAC. Gina and Chris are very personable and professional to work with. I would definitely recommend calling Royal American when you are in need of HVAC assistance.
I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Chris, and his assistant, Ray. Both were extremely professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. My home was built in the 60s, so dealing with old ductwork and tight crawl spaces wasn't easy, but they handled everything with patience and expertise.
A previous company had installed an expensive system that wasn't the right fit, and Chris and Ray addressed the situation professionally without criticizing anyone. Ray spent hours making sure the system worked properly and provided a comfortable temperature, and he took the time to show my wife how everything works. Excellent customer service from the initial call with Gina to the replacement/install of our Carrier Infinity system. Thrilled with their knowledgeable troubleshooting and problem solving, quick scheduling and overall successful service. Cory and Carlos are hard workers and did a great job - professional, efficient and timely service. Highly recommend this family-owned business!
