The Royal American team was so prompt and professional. The team of three installed two heat pumps, two furnaces, a tankless water heater and other associated equipment in less than two full days. Their leader, Ray, gave us a great tutorial on how to operate the system via the Carrier wall monitors. They left the work site spotless, like nothing had changed. We give them a big thumbs up!

I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Chris, and his assistant, Ray. Both were extremely professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. My home was built in the 60s, so dealing with old ductwork and tight crawl spaces wasn't easy, but they handled everything with patience and expertise.
A previous company had installed an expensive system that wasn't the right fit, and Chris and Ray addressed the situation professionally without criticizing anyone.
