I’m sorry to have to write this review. It’s very difficult to get a hold of someone. The nurse will send you a message to call them and when you do it goes to an answering service.
I feel this is not good customer service. This is a Cancer center and it dies not reflect good service. I understand I’m not the only patient they have but this is totally unacceptable. I have to keep calling and calling and calling and then someone will answer the phone.

The nurses and staff here are some of the most wonderful and amazing folks I have ever known. Their main concern is your health and welfare whether you're the patient or the care giver. Special kudos to Jill, Kim, Perla, Sophia, Maria, Kevin and all the others who work in this cancer center. I will never forget you.
