My mother was handled with outmost respect and care while we grieved her loss. The young man and young woman who came to the home to transport her body to the funeral home allowed us to incorporate our Mexican cultural practices. After all, it is traditions and culture that provide the prescription for loss and grieving. We are very grateful that a very last minute request was granted which was for the funeral procession to pass by my mother’s home. While our hearts ache her loss, we also experienced much beauty. Thank you for your quiet respectful way of allowing us to culturally and appropriately honor our mother.

We have had three experiences with Bormann funeral services over the past 6 and 1/2 years. Each service was different but unique for the individual that was being remembered. When we had yet not committed to using Bormann for our last service, we called with dozens of questions as we wanted something a little different. Gerard was not only helpful but patient and calm. We ended up calling back a couple of other times and each time, our questions were answered honestly. He gave us some very insightful information and he commented on some guidance for us even if we didn't end up going with Bormann services. Wanted to thank Gerard and the full Bormann staff for their courteous and exceptional service we received. Our Dads funeral went well without any complications, they were prompt and efficient in the service that the provided to us. Thanks.
