We chose Rock Solid Builders due to the reviews we read, the competitive pricing of their estimate, and the fact that they have a brick and mortar showroom. Being able to see and touch the product before purchasing and having someone to talk to in-person for additional information or changes to our work order was important to me. We were not let down in our decision to move forward with the project. All of the staff we had communications with were friendly and the communications were timely. We always felt informed.
