We had torrential rains the night before. I didn’t hear the sump pump going off. Sure enough the basement was starting to flood!! I called another company first and they had no idea when they would be here. Called Mr. Rooter and they were at my house in 30 minutes!!!! They suggested battery backup system, so we went with that system. Give us alittle peace of mind. Kyle and his partner were very professional, cared about my floors putting covers on there shoes. The job was done fast. They even offered to help clean up the flooded basement. Now how nice is that. I will be recommending Mr. Rooter to everyone I know. Excellent work, nice company, nice people.
