After checking with the BBB, I went ahead and ordered a PTO generator from the same vendor as Kyle K. Once the purchase had been posted to my credit card things went awry. After a number of e-mails and evasive answers, I finally got the PTO generator, and it was not as ordered; there was no power panel. I went directly to Mecc Alte USA/Canada customer support with my problem. Mr. Jon Schmidt quickly responded. Once I laid out the issues he went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make things right. I emailed Mecc Alte technical support in hopes of receiving help when having issues with rewiring a Mecc Alte ECO-32/3s from a three-phase configuration to single phase. I quickly got a response from Jon Schmidt. Jon was extremely helpful and resourceful, often providing schematics and documentation for other manufacturers components that I was not able to source myself directly from those manufacturers. Patience, resourcefulness and response time definitely gets 5 stars.

My husband and I recently had an issue with our generator on a boat we purchased last month. Jon Schmidt, with Mecc Alte was EXTREMELY helpful. He walked my husband thru several tests to diagnose the problem, expedited the shipping of the needed replacement part, and then spoke to my husband again after installation. We simply cannot thank him enough for all of his help in getting us back up and running. Thank you Jon, and thank you Mecc Alte.
