We have used McHenry Heating & Air located on Rte 31 in McHenry for over 40 yrs from replacing a drain tile at our home that had finally deteriorated & was in need of repair to our AC unit needing serviced over the years & just recently a 20 yr furnace needed a valve replaced so that we could have a warm house again. My spouse sent pictures on Sunday night, Easter Sunday no less of the furnace model, make & serial number to owner Mike Rigolic, he was quick to respond, that he would look into it, on Monday am he reached out to my spouse & said he could get the 20 yr old replacement valve for our furnace & sent a tech out first thing this am to swap out the valve & our home was toasty warm within 30 minutes of the tech getting here with the part!Highly recommend Mike Rigolic & their team !!!
