My A/C went out on a 99-degree day! I called them after hours in the evening and they had someone here at 8:00 am to have it fixed!! They had all the parts needed on hand so I didn't need to wait for them to order anything. The repair man was very friendly, respectful of my home and yard, and finished the job very quickly! We were back in a nice cool house!!!
Shane came over quickly a couple of weeks ago after I called to say my ac unit died. After confirming that it was kaput (my technical term) the search began to find another in wall unit that would fit. After a week or two of searching on his part and ours. We found one that we thought would work. Called him up and in no time at all he and Dan were on it. Only to realize that it was not so great of a fit. Long story short They went to work and made it fit within an hour. Thanks so much guys!!! They are both outstanding young men and I would highly recommend their company. Kudos to you both!!!
We had an issue with our heater this week and a technician was at our house within an hour! Amazing customer service and extremely diligent with extra safety measures to protect himself and our family while in our house. Highly recommend!!!
