Victor and the KM team were immensely helpful and attentive throughout our experience. Our roof and gutters were severely damaged during a storm, but we had no success trying to work with our insurer directly to get the necessary repairs approved for coverage Victor navigated the entire claim submission and burden of proof process for us, and he successfully secured the insurance coverage we deserved. He then coordinated all of the repair work and the end product is a beautiful new roof and gutter system. We can't thank Victor enough for his expert claim management service and for the quality roofing system installed by his team at KM Construction!
