Kasper Services came in with an accurate bid that reflected the reality of a poorly fitted ruptured water heater vault and the first to actually get under the home to see what will be required. We had six other plumbers beforehand and none of them did that. Personally I have construction experience; but I counted 8 trade-craft, purposeful refinements Kasper Services did on our installation and requirements plan that I did not think of. They also left as better plumbers learning a thing or two as I sought plumber parts solutions to concisely refit the entire core of the home water service in a tight space. The relocation, restoration, and installation of a what is a system done in 1 day with no leaks. 🥲
