Their approach is evolved, comfortable, and skips the high-pressure tactics you’ve come to expect when buying a vehicle. They still make their pitches to sell you more, but it’s done once or twice and then they move on. I have gone to Castle Cadillac several times for service. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and honest. They will let me know if there is something that should be looked at but they are not pushy at all. I will continue to support their dealership.
