Sherri was absolutely wonderful! She cleaned out the fans on my acer gaming laptop and found a few other internal issues that I was unaware of. The fan noise I was experiencing is barely noticeable now, she even took the time to run it with a few of my games to make sure it functioned properly. Very fair pricing and great communication.
