Tom E at National Cycle did me a SOLID. I purchased a preowned National Cycle windshield for my motorcycle on EBay. The item arrived with half the installation hardware missing. I phoned National Cycle and Mr Tom E through his persistence, perseverance, and diligence got me the parts I needed to get my new (to me) windshield installed. I’m overjoyed with the customer service of National Cycle and Mr Tom! These guys are the best!

Received a replacement windshield. Arrived in a few days, installed it, found a defect. Contacted customer support and within a few days they sent me a new one, shipped it to me overnight. Thanks so much National Cycle!!!

I like their product. I left a 4 star review with a little constructive criticism about the product on their website and they never posted it. To me that is basically lying. Other than that I reccomend them.
