I had an Amazing experience with Tone. I called about an issue I had with my Furnace and he came out to inspect the system within an hour.
He did an excellent job of notifying me of his expected arrival time, thoroughly explaining the cause of the malfunction, explaining the pro's/cons of a band-aid cost effective solution vs a more expensive long term solution, and being transparent about the cost of materials and labor.
Overall, I felt confident in the decision I moved forward with because of his level of professionalism and expertise.

In the world of HVAC and super large companies who are only interesting in making a sale, Tone is a breath of fresh air. Our AC unit went completely out. I called Done by Tone on a Saturday and he came out the same day, diagnosed the issue promptly, and gave a very fair price. Tone discovered a deeper issue with the unit and gave multiple recommendations on repair and/or replacement. We decided to go with the replacement. I had several other bids, and he came in at the best price for the value he was bringing to the table. Best thing yet, he was able to get the unit and install it the next day. Our AC stopped working, my husband contacted Tone and he came out and was knowledgeable about the issue we were having and fixed the problem. Very polite young man who did an awesome job.
