I highly recommend Isaac Jackson for his excellent service today. Despite the extreme heat, he worked diligently to thoroughly inspect my air conditioning unit. What I appreciated most was how well he explained everything he was doing throughout the process. I had quite a few questions, and despite being busy, he took the time to answer every single one of them with patience and professionalism. Truly great service!
Was very quick and efficient. Came to home first and assessed the situation in detail. Then came up with several solutions to choose from. When decision was made he explained in detail all that would happen and a timetable.was on site and working quickly and extremely careful about the surroundings. Did extremely excellent work with great care. Finished the work on schedule and left a very neat and tidy work zone. When done, everything was working perfectly. Answered any and all questions. Am extremely happy with his work and helpfullnes.
My central air quit working during the night. I called Mattex when they opened. Matt Lisner was there a few hours later and fixed the problem. Great service in a timely manner!!
