Vince was personable and knowledgable. He arrived promptly, diagnosed our problem with our dryer quickly, and worked efficiently to repair the problem. He showed us the problem with the old part and explained everything. Great service!

We have had many frustrations with our monogram fridge not staying cool the last couple of years, but Vince was so great to work with. He explained everything in great detail and we are hoping this fix does the trick. He is very knowledgeable of the product and I had confidence in him. We have always had good service people from Decatur Dick Van Dyke over the years. Thank you Vince!
