These guys worked us into their schedule as expected, sent a text two days prior to let me know, sent another when they were on their way. Atticus was professional and thorough. Our issue ended up being a leak on the city side of the water meter. Atticus made sure it was taken care of and double checked that it was, indeed, the problem.
