Pick this place first! Save yourself some time, $$, and angst. Last night, this company was my third phone call. I am glad I kept trying instead of just waiting until morning alone on the side of the highway. He was kind from the moment he answered the phone, and was actually interested in finding me at 11pm while I was stuck on the side of the highway and needed gas to get a few more miles to the station. I’d call that being professional. He got to me quickly and charged me reasonably! His attitude, actions, and presence felt like a neighbor. Thank you for getting me back on my long way!

I have been living in Charleston completely alone for only a few months so of course I was worried when my car breaks down on a country road. Thankfully I see this on google after being quoted some insane price by another company that was so rude. As soon as I call this company the guy was so nice and immediately sent a couple to come get me. Immediately!! I was greeted by a lovely couple with their tow truck and the man even checked my battery and found my alternator was busted and even asked O'reilly for a quote for me so I don't get scammed for more at CarX where I chose to take my car. When I tell you this man is a God send I totally mean it. He went above and beyond to help our daughters traveling back to college when they had car trouble. As a parent it was already nerve wrecking knowing that our daughters would be taking an almost 14 hour road trip but to throw car trouble into the equation when they’re hours away from us was something totally different. He went above and beyond to fix the car and ensure their safety while doing so. I cannot praise this man nor his shop more !!! He really came in and saved the day. Not all superheroes wear capes!
