I had to go to Midwest Express Clinic twice within the past 2 weeks for 2 different concerns. All the staff were kind, competent, and had a good sense of humor. I was in and out both times and got everything I needed in under an hour. And they send my prescriptions to Walgreens right away so I could get them ASAP. This is definitely my go to urgent care.
Spring, Monica, Shay, and Ashley are peim examples of customer service. These ladies was very professional in the work place. They make coming to the Midwest Express Clinic very enjoyable and as I witness how polite and caring for the patience coming in for treatment. God Bless them for there dedication to the company.
