“I do consider myself a shopper and everyone have places that they like above others. JC Penny is a go-to for me and my mom. This location in particular, is always nice because it's usually not packed. I like the soft atmosphere since I'm used to more chaotic shopping experiences. I never had an issue with finding anything I was looking for, but the few times that I needed help I was greeted with smiles. They have changed the outline like any other space, but I never had an issue with re-adjusting. I had a very great experience with the Sephora one night when I wanted to get my makeup done for a special occasion. The deals are just as great and you most likely will find whatever you came there for.“
