Outstanding service! Steve was at our house first thing in the morning on Friday and confirmed our problem. He explained how to resolve everything. I even called him a few times during the day to ask him questions. Problem was resolved by end of the day.

Great business. Air-cat sulfur filter and ozone generator installed. Business was a good value, responsive during coordination, professional installation. I will certainly use them again.

Have been a customer for many years. We have Sulphur water, and prior to learning about Prairie State we had used several companies and several pricey "fixes" for our awful water. Steve & his crew offered a much more affordable and simpler fix (peroxide filtration) and our delivery requests for peroxide tanks are always filled promptly. Employees are polite. We recently needed a new water softener and had them install that as well. Would recommend without reservation.
